Check-in time is 3pm for the Motel and 5pm for the Cottage

Check-out time is 11am for the Motel and 1pm for the Cottage

Neither cooking, smoking or vaping is permitted in any of our rooms.

Sorry, NO PETS. Only service animals are permitted in our rooms. Please advise us when booking that you will have a service animal with you so we can better assist you.

Two separate cancellation policies are in place for both the motel and the cottage. Full refunds will be made to motel guests that cancel by 3pm 7 days prior to their booked arrival date. Cancellations made after the allotted deadline or “No Shows” will NOT be refunded the first night’s stay. All subsequent nights booked will be cancelled at that time and the appropriate refunds will be made. For cottage guests a full refund will be made for cancellations made by 3pm 21 days prior to their booked arrival date. Cancellations made after the allotted deadline or “No Shows” will NOT be refunded. Upon cancellation, guests will receive a cancellation number. Should a dispute occur wherein the guest believes they had cancelled a reservation, but are unable to provide said cancellation number, preference will be given to the motel and any charges owed will be collected as per our cancellation policy. Should a corresponding cancellation number be provided during a dispute, preference will be given to the guest and any undue charges will be reversed.
